Terms and Conditions

1. User Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 13 years old (with guardian or institutional consent if under 18)
• Registered with a valid email, phone number, or institute ID

2. Account and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Access to the platform may be provided through a unique code or license by your coaching institute.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Vruent:

• Only for personal or academic purposes
• In compliance with local laws and examination guidelines
• Without attempting to reverse engineer, duplicate, or exploit the platform or its AI systems

4. AI-Based Learning and Feedback

• Vruent uses AI for conversational learning and feedback.
• Scores, suggestions, and corrections are based on programmed algorithms and are not guaranteed to reflect official exam outcomes.
• All AI-generated feedback is for training purposes only and should not be considered absolute.

5. Licensing and Ownership

• All content, curriculum, software, and AI logic are intellectual property of Vractice Innovative Learning Pvt. Ltd.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the platform.
• You may not copy, sell, or distribute the content without written consent.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

• If you are using Vruent under an institute license, fees are covered by the institution.
• If you are a direct user, applicable subscription fees must be paid to access premium features.
• No refunds will be issued once a license or access code is activated, unless otherwise stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for commercial or harmful purposes
• Upload or share offensive, illegal, or plagiarized content
• Attempt to disrupt or exploit the AI systems or platform infrastructure

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms
• Block users or institutions who misuse, manipulate, or breach platform integrity

9. Limitation of Liability

• Vruent is an educational tool and does not guarantee test scores, admissions, or outcomes.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana.
